2. Product Information & Pricing

We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. However, colors and textures may appear differently based on lighting, screen settings, or manufacturing variations.

All pricing is subject to change at any time without notice.

Product availability may be limited, and we reserve the right to discontinue or modify any product at our discretion.
3. Custom Orders & Final Sale Policy

All hair extensions, wigs, bundles, closures, cosmetics, and accessories are FINAL SALE due to the hygienic and customized nature of our products.

No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be issued unless the item is received damaged or incorrect, and meets our exchange criteria (see Section 5).

Custom wigs are made to order and cannot be altered or canceled after payment is received.
4. Order Processing & Shipping

Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST will begin processing the next business day.

Processing time for ready-to-ship items: 1–3 business days

Processing time for regular or custom items: 5–10 business days

Shipping options: Standard (3–6 business days) or Expedited (1–3 business days)

A signature is required for all deliveries.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address, including apartment or suite numbers.

Packages lost or delayed by the carrier

Incorrect addresses entered at checkout

Stolen packages after delivery confirmation

5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must email photos and your order number to 9thvanitycosupport@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

To qualify for a replacement:

Items must be unused, unaltered, and in original packaging.

We reserve the right to deny any claims that do not meet our policy requirements.

If approved, a replacement will be sent at no additional charge.
6. Booking & Appointment Policy

All services booked (installs, styling, consultations) require a non-refundable deposit which goes toward the total cost.

Deposits cannot be transferred to another date without proper notice (minimum 24 hours).

No-shows or same-day cancellations will result in a forfeited deposit.

Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in cancellation at the stylist’s discretion.

All booking confirmations are sent via email. It is your responsibility to review service details and arrive prepared.
7. Payment Terms

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and Afterpay (if available).

By submitting payment, you confirm you are authorized to use the provided payment method.

All payments are processed securely. We do not store card information on our servers.
8. Intellectual Property

All site content—including logos, images, graphics, product names, videos, and written descriptions—is the exclusive property of 9th Vanity Co.

You may not copy, reproduce, sell, distribute, or exploit any content without written permission from the business owner.
9. User Behavior & Site Integrity

All products are used at the customer’s own risk. No guarantees are made regarding individual results.
