At 9th Vanity Co, we are dedicated to providing a smooth, reliable, and transparent shipping experience. This policy outlines our order fulfillment timeline, shipping options, and your responsibilities as a customer.
1. Fulfillment & Processing Times
On-Hand / Ready-to-Ship Products

These items are in stock and prepared for fast delivery.

Orders placed before 1:00 PM EST may be processed and shipped as early as the next business day.

Orders placed after 1:00 PM will begin processing the following business day.
Custom, Pre-Order, or Sourced Products

Custom wigs, overseas-sourced bundles, and made-to-order items require additional time.

These orders are processed within 1 to 6 business days before shipment.

This includes time for quality control, vendor communication, packaging, and logistics.
Important: Shipping timeframes listed at checkout begin after the processing period.
2. Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery
Once your order has completed processing, it will ship via the method selected at checkout:

Signature Required

Day 6+: Order is shipped using selected shipping method
Day 9–12: You receive your order (based on standard 3–6 day shipping)

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

We occasionally offer free or discounted shipping during promotions or on qualifying purchases.
5. Tracking Your Shipment
When your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to the address used during checkout.

6. Shipping Delays, Issues, & Carrier Responsibility
9th Vanity Co is not responsible for:

Lost, stolen, or unclaimed packages marked “Delivered”
Tip: To avoid delays or misdeliveries, double-check your shipping address and apartment/suite number before submitting your order.
If your package is marked as delivered but is missing, we recommend:

Checking with household members or neighbors

Waiting 24–48 hours (as packages sometimes scan early)

Contacting the carrier directly to open a claim
We will assist in submitting claims but are unable to issue refunds or replacements for confirmed deliveries.
7. International Shipping
We currently focus on U.S.-based shipping. However, international customers may email us at 9thvanitycosupport@gmail.com for shipping quotes or bulk order inquiries. Customs duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
8. Customer Responsibilities
To ensure successful delivery:

Be available to sign for your package

Packages returned to 9th Vanity Co due to incorrect address, multiple failed delivery attempts, or refusal may incur reshipment fees.
