At 9th Vanity Co, customer satisfaction and product quality are our top priorities. Please review the following policy carefully before placing your order. Due to the nature of our products, we enforce a strict final sale policy with limited exceptions as outlined below.

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the hygienic nature and customization of our products, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on the following:

  • Human hair bundles, wigs, closures, frontals

  • Custom-made wigs or colored units

  • Ready-to-ship wigs

  • Hair care products or accessories

  • Clip-ins, tape-ins, or I-tip extensions

  • Used, worn, altered, or washed items

Once your orderas is placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great care in quality checking and packaging each order. However, if you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged upon arrival

  • Incorrect (wrong product, length, texture, etc.)

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for a replacement or store credit.

How to File a Damage/Incorrect Order Claim:

  1. Email 9thvanitycosupport@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  2. Include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photos of the item(s) and packaging.

  3. The product must be unused, uninstalled, uncut, and in its original packaging to qualify.

If your claim is approved, we will:

  • Offer a replacement of the same item (if available)

  • Provide a store credit equal to the product value

  • Cover return shipping for approved damaged/incorrect items only

If the claim is submitted after 48 hours of delivery or the product has been altered, we cannot accept the request.

3. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for reasons such as:

  • You selected the wrong length, texture, or style

  • You changed your mind after receiving the product

  • You are dissatisfied with the look once installed

To avoid any order issues, please read product descriptions thoroughly, review sizing, and feel free to contact us for guidance before purchasing.

4. Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 2 hours of being placed and before processing begins. Once fulfillment or sourcing has started, we cannot cancel or refund the order.

5. Store Credit Policy

In rare cases where a refund is not possible and a replacement cannot be fulfilled, a store credit will be issued. Store credits:

  • Are valid for 180 days from the issue date

  • Can be used toward any future purchase on www.9thvanityco.com

  • Cannot be transferred, refunded, or redeemed for cash

6. Return Shipping

If a return is approved due to an error on our part, we will:

  • Provide a return shipping label

  • Cover return shipping costs

All returned items must:

  • Be received within 7 business days of the return approval

  • Be in original, unused condition with tags and packaging intact

Returns received outside of this window or in used condition will be rejected.

7. Non-Returnable Circumstances

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for the following reasons:

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

  • Delivery delays caused by shipping carriers

  • Missed appointments or install dates due to shipping timelines

  • Failure to read full product descriptions or care instructions

  • Subjective dissatisfaction (e.g., “doesn’t look right on me”)

  • Improper hair care or installation techniques
