OUR POLICY

At 9th Vanity Co., we are committed to excellence in service, style, and satisfaction. Please review our policies carefully to understand how we process orders, provide services, and protect both you and our business.

ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING

Processing Times:

  • Ready to Ship orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday).

  • Custom units, pre-orders, or made-to-order wigs may take 5–10 business days depending on design complexity and order volume.

Shipping Times & Carriers:

  • Domestic orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days after processing.

  • Carriers used: USPS, UPS, DHL.

  • International shipping may take 7–21 business days, depending on customs clearance in the destination country.

Tracking Information:

  • Tracking numbers are sent via email upon shipment.

  • If you do not receive your tracking number within 5 business days, please contact us.

Lost or Delayed Packages:

  • We are not responsible for delays, damages, or lost packages once they leave our facility.

  • Customers must file claims directly with the shipping carrier.

International Customs Fees:

  • Buyers are responsible for all applicable customs fees, taxes, and import duties for international orders.

PAYMENTS 

Accepted Methods:

  • All major debit/credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, Discover)

  • PayPal, Shop Pay, and Apple Pay

  • Buy Now, Pay Later options 

Service Deposits:

  • The cost displayed for hair-included services is a deposit only. This amount holds your appointment and is applied toward your full balance.

  • The remaining balance will be invoiced to your email and must be paid at least 24 hours before your scheduled service.

Failed or Disputed Payments:

  • Any payment disputes or chargebacks will be investigated thoroughly.

  • We retain proof of services rendered, shipping, and correspondence to submit to PayPal or banks in cases of dispute.

HAIR INCLUDED SERVICES

What’s Included:

  • All packages include shampoo, installation, and styling.

  • Hair is provided and included in the package price.

  • Coloring services are NOT included and must be requested in advance for an additional fee.

Deposit & Booking Terms:

  • Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and required at booking.

  • Remainder of payment is invoiced and must be paid 24 hours before your appointment.

  • Late arrivals over 15 minutes may result in cancellation or rescheduling, at our discretion.

Cancellations & No-Shows:

  • Cancellations within 24 hours of appointment will forfeit the deposit.

  • No-shows will be charged 50% of the service balance before rebooking is allowed.

MAKEUP SERVICES

What’s Included:

  • Every makeup service includes brow shaping, skin prep, and mink lashes.

  • Styles offered:

    • Soft Glam – Clean & natural

    • Neutral Glam – Polished & photo-ready

    • Bold Glam – Cut crease, color play

    • Extreme Glam – Glitter, rhinestones, or editorial-style

Add-Ons:

  • Makeup aftercare kits available for $10.

Booking Terms:

  • Deposit is required to secure all appointments.

  • Remaining balance is due prior to the appointment.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES& RETURNS

All Sales Are Final.
Due to the personal nature of our products (hair, cosmetics, and beauty tools), we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photo proof.

  • We will assess the issue and offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

INVOICES, PROOF OF PURCHASES & DISPUTES

  • Retain all receipts, booking confirmations, and shipping emails.

  • For disputes, we maintain documented proof of:

    • Order placement

    • Invoices (via PayPal or Acuity)

    • Product delivery (tracking info)

    • Services completed (photos and timestamps)
